Product Labels

I have been doing product packaging for many years now. Through Office Angels, I design labels for a company in Arizona. Here is a recent email:

"...I’d also love to mention that I have highly enjoyed working with Michelle. She’s most professional, fast, and a pleasure to work with!"

Email Signatures

From netmanners.com, Dos and Don't of Signature File Use:

#5
DON’T use formatting in your sig file (or your business emails). This includes ASCII formatting, font colors and bolding or including graphic files (which can show as attachments) in lieu of a plain text signature. You are in essence then contributing to the recipient’s attachment folder unnecessarily requiring they have to weed through your signature file graphics to get to the important attachments they were expecting. If you wouldn’t turn your name or title bright red on your company letterhead – don’t do it in email.

Experience is Key!

An NYC client said this to me today: "You’re very astute, Michelle..."

I do my best to assess client needs, budgets and goals, and formulate the best plan to complete a project with total client satisfaction. It's because of my 20+ years experience that I'm able to do this. I'm not here to show off my graphic design skills or fancy technology. It's not about me--I'm here to get the client what he needs. Nothing over the top or ridiculous! ;-)

These days my clients have limited budgets and need practicality. I strive to work smart and fast. No large invoices! Trust me. :-)
